Pet Valu at 3461 Hudson Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

The staff were friendly, but corporate apparently doesn't keep up-to-date with recalls. With all the recalls lately, I find it disturbing.

I specifically walked in asking if they have kept up-to-date on all the many recent recalls & the lady said, "yes, we sure have". I've been worried with all these recalls lately, I'm having trouble trusting/buying any treats.

Anyways, I then off the top of my head picked a brand & product (Red Barn Bully Sticks) that I knew had a recall & asked her, so you wouldn't have any of these in stock would you, since they are recalled? She replied, "all recalled items have been pulled off the shelves". Well 10 minutes later while wandering around, I turn the corner & there sits a basket full of Red Barn Bully Sticks.

That right there tells me everything. Also, their prices are a lot higher than your typical pet store. I honestly can't recommend this place.
